Thousands of pounds worth of damage has been caused at a supermarket in Farnham following a raid by thieves.
The offenders managed to gain access to the Waitrose store on The Hart by prising open the doors.
They managed to steal a quantity of cash and caused £1,500 worth of damage.
The raid took place sometime between 2:55 and 4:30am on Thursday 28th February.
The suspects are described as two men aged in their thirties, both of a big stocky build and each wearing a scarf around their mouth.
The first offender wore grey tracksuit bottoms, a blue padded anorak with its white hood up and white trainers. He was carrying an axe.
The second offender was wearing black trousers, a black coat, black and white gloves and a grey woollen hat. He was carrying a crowbar.
Detective Constable Dave Pellatt investigating said: "This brazen offence happened at a time when there would not have been much traffic in the area but I am keen to speak to a couple of cyclists who travelled past the site at around the time of the incident".
"If you were one of these riders or know anything about this offence please call me on 101. Surrey Police will do everything possible to locate and bring these offenders to justice."
Borough Commander Tom Budd said: "This type of crime is ultimately an offence that affects all the community and I want to reassure residents and workers alike that the Safer Neighbourhood Team is stepping up patrols in the area".
"I would encourage members of the public who see anything or anyone acting in a suspicious manner in and around the town's business premises to contact Surrey Police with details."
