A MAN crawled out from under a lorry on the M25 at Merstham causing long delays.
Two lanes are currently closed westbound as police investigate.
Shortly after 10am this morning a man, covered in mud, was spotted walking over the to central reservation in what police describe as "a distressed state".
South East Coast Ambulance staff attended the scene and took the man, who was suffering from hypothermia, to East Surrey Hospital.
No other vehicle is believed to have been invovled, but Surrey Police are currently in attendance between junctions 7 and 8 as they investigate and try to etablish the man's identity.
