A HOME care provider based in Beare Green has rewarded 14 of its staff for their dedication to the people in their care.
Carewatch (East Surrey) made presentations to staff celebrating milestones with the Old Horsham Road company.
Barbara Brace, Tracey Coombs, Emma Dixon, Alan Elrick, Heather Furlonger, Rona Laing, Marion Mason, Sue Quinn, Nicola Smith, Anna Tames and Sarah Weller were all recognised for completing ten years of service with the company.
Diane Andrews, Susan Herrington and Sandra Keepen were commended for working in the field for 15 years.
Operations manager Lee Hopcroft said: "We are very fortunate to have such committed and dedicated staff.
"With so many negative stories involving home-based care it is refreshing to celebrate with our staff today, many of whom have seen countless changes in legislation and regulation."
Carewatch provides home care services, domestic help and supported living services to East Surrey, helping those they care for to live their lives as independently as possible.
The celebrated staff were also presented with engraved pens and special badges to keep as a memory of the occasion.
"For people that take to this line of work, it becomes a vocation," added Mr Hopcroft.
"In general, the care industry has a high turnover of staff so it's great for us to have had people stay so long.
"It's nice to recognise our staff and keep them happy because they really do a great job."
It provides care at home for the elderly and adults with disabilities or mental health needs.
Carewatch (East Surrey) can also help with anything from light domestic duties around the home to more complex care or live-in services.
