Gavin Gordon netted a hat-trick at Kiln Brow for the Lobsters, who moved back above Peacehaven & Telscombe after they drew 3-3 with title rivals East Preston.
Both sides do, however, still have games in hand on Redhill.
Chris Gregson and Bradley Duke added the other goals in the second half for Redhill, who had to come from a goal down to win the game.
In the same division, Dorking Wanderers thrashed bottom side Worthing United 7-0, while Lingfield scored two late goals to come from behind to beat Crowborough Athletic 3-2.
Lingfield and Redhill will now lock horns on Monday, while Wanderers face a reunion of sorts with former Dorking manager Pete Buckland and his Horsham YMCA side.
