Douglas Brunton Centre

On Wednesday 13 March a new centre for people with dementia and their carers opened at the Douglas Brunton Centre. 
The Tandridge Wellbeing Centre is one of 11 planned across Surrey and links up existing dementia support services to provide a range of help and information. The event aimed to demonstrate the variety of services on offer, along with the Telecare suite which can be used by any organisation or individual who wants to find out more. The event was attended by staff from Tandridge District Council, Surrey County Council, the voluntary sector and representatives from the agencies involved including Social Care, Tandridge District Council Community Alarm Team, Surrey Telecare, Surrey & Borders Partnership Trust, First Community Health Falls Prevention Team, Age UK and Surrey Libraries.The Tandridge Wellbeing Centre is located at the Douglas Brunton Centre, Park Road, Caterham and is open from 9.30am to 5pm.
