Police have discovered a cannabis factory in a flat in Farncombe.
The factory was discovered after police were asked to assist following a fire at a block of flats in Kings Road on March 27th.
The fire had spread through the ventilation system of the block of flats and while assisting with the fire, officers discovered the cannabis factory in another flat.
An investigation has been launched and a 28-year-old man is currently in custody after being arrested in connection with the incident. The flat remains cordoned off.
A number of residents had to be evacuated following the fire, which is not believed to be suspicious, and were provided with temporary accommodation at the Leathern Bottle pub.
The blaze was extinguished by 11pm and most of the residents have since returned home.
