More people than ever used hospitals in Epsom, St Helier and Sutton last year.
805,204 people were treated at the hospitals, up by 2% in 2011 when 791,574 people came through the doors.
The figures mean that the hospital saw approximately 2,200 patients everyday during 2012.
Chief Executive Matthew Hopkins said: "2012 was a very busy year for us, but despite the challenges, we performed very well and continued to ensure that our patients receive a high level of care in a timely fashion.
"I am incredibly proud to see that more and more local people are choosing our hospitals and trust us with their health, safety and wellbeing. I would like to say a huge thank you to our staff and volunteers for all of their hard work during 2012 - once again, they rose to the challenge.
"But of course, now's not the time to put our feet up and take a break! 2013 is set to be another busy year for us, and our dedicated team of staff and volunteers will be working hard to make sure our standards stay high."
Despite the increasing number of patients visiting local hospitals, both Epsom and St Helier hospitals are under threat.
