THE decision on a planning application for a 30-house development at Tanners Meadow in Strood Green was deferred by councillors last night.
Building firm Charles Church has submitted plans for the development to include 12 affordable homes and 75 parking spaces.
Committee members expressed concerns over the risk of flooding on the site and decided to revisit the decision after receiving additional information on the strategies that will be put in place to combat problems.
