Easter Playschemes

Easter has been a very busy time for the Yip4Youth group at the YMCA Sovereign Centre. Over the past couple of weeks, they have taken part in an Easter egg hunt, swimming and bowling trips and Metal Monkeys (a creative day with the young people which includes getting them to take photos, posing for photos, printing out the photos and decorating them). They also made paper maché, went on a trip to Gatton Park, played crazy golf and went swimming. The Yippee children also had an Easter egg hunt, a swimming trip, tried their hands at cooking, making chocolate nests with chocolate eggs on top, and various Easter arts and crafts. They also made bunny ears, went on a bug hunt, made bird houses and cooked hot cross buns.
