DETECTIVES are attempting to track down a mountain bike stolen in Reigate.
The bike was taken from an outbuilding within the grounds of a property on Colley Lane at the end of March.
East Surrey CID has been searching for the bike but to no avail.
Detective Constable Portia Andrews said: "This is not only an expensive mountain bike but it is also distinctive and I would appeal to anyone who knows someone who has recently come into possession of such a bike to contact Surrey Police with information.
"I would appeal to anyone who has been offered a bike like this for sale and who may have even bought it believing it to be legitimate to contact officers with information."
