An unemployed man from Caterham has been charged and remanded in custody following several offences last week.
The incidents occurred when a business man from Whyteleafe reported that he had been pressured into handing over money to another man.
Steven Taylor, 43, of Thomas Avenue, was charged with two breaches of his anti-social behaviour order, theft and witness intimidation.
He appeared at South East Surrey Magistrates Court yesterday (Monday, May 20) and has been remanded in custody.
