BP's store on Leatherhead Road in Malden Rushett has re-opened following a refit.
The Deputy Mayor for the Royal Borough of Kingston, Councillor Alan Dean, was on site to cut the ribbon and declare the site open.
The BP store sells a range of M&S Simply Food.
Also on-site is BP's own Wild Bean Cafe serving a range of hot drinks and food.
BP's Regional Territory Manager Tim Harkus said:
"We're really excited to re-open this BP store in Malden Rushett, and look forward to welcoming new and returning customers to our store.
"As we're open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and with our location on Leatherhead Road, we're well placed so you can get the great food and drink M&S is known for as well as the premium fuel and service that BP delivers."
