HOBBLEDOWN Village farm adventure park has just got an exciting upgrade.
The park, which opened in Epsom in July 2012, hopes to attract scores of young adventurers with the introduction of a 70m labyrinth of underground tunnels and secret passageways.
The tunnels emulate the passages which lead to the land of Potenesia in the Hobbledown book, by Angela Kecojevic, upon which the park is based.
Hobbledown's joint owner Richard Farley said: "These tunnels bring a new dimension to Hobbledown Village and create even more excitement and inventiveness to our adventure play element."
Katherine Newton of Hobbledown marketing said: "In total the tunnels boast 7 entrances and exits.
"They are dark inside so are unsuitable for under- fives unless accompanied by an adult"
Maddie, 7, from from West London, said: "They are definitely my favourite part of Hobbledown!"
Its other play features include towers, sand play zones, a high ropes course, aerial walkways and a 14,000sqft indoor play barn for the wet weather.
There are also more than 100 animals to see, ranging from meerkats and otters to birds of prey and wallabies.
Katherine Newton said: "Hobbledown is all about adventurous and challenging play so we recommend that our guests wear clothing they don't mind getting a little scruffy."
The tunnels are open from 11am to 4pm at weekends and school holidays only.
Hobbledown can be found at Horton Lane, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8PT.
