WAVERLEY had the third highest percentage of voters in Surrey after votes for the Police and Crime Commissioner were counted today (Friday).
Mole Valley District topped the table with the highest percentage of voters in the county, where 19.76% voted. Guildford had a overall turnout of 18.22%, while Waverley had an overall turnout of 17.16%.
There are 11 districts and boroughs in Surrey, and the county as a whole saw an overall turnout of 15.70%.
The overall turnout was from a possible total of 856,968 in Surrey. The percentage of overall postal votes received was 47.11%, from a total issued of 133,447, while the turnout at polling stations was 9.91%.
