Today hundreds of train users have been forced to use bus replacement services.
Network Rail have been carrying out the improvement works over the bank holiday weekend.
For the rest of the day there will be no trains running between London Bridge and Tonbridge and buses will replace trains between Tonbridge and Redhill.
Late night trains between Purley and Redhill from 10.25pm on Saturday, August 31 until 9.15am on Sunday, September 1 will also see bus replacement services between these two stations.
This is while Network Rail carrying out engineering works on the line.
Some trains will be diverted between Purley and Horley and will not call at Coulston South, Merstham and Redhill.
Next weekend there will also be bus replacement services running between Redhill and Tonbridge, for more engineering works.
