LINGFIELD put their recent poor form behind them as they ran out 5-1 winners at bottom club Worthing United this afternoon (Saturday).
Dixie Dean's men have struggled in recent weeks in the Sussex County League Division One, but a Joel O'Hara hat-trick helped them to a comfortable win at Worthing.
O'Hara netted twice in two minutes to give Lingfield the first half advantage, before defender Jay Kalama added a third just after the break.
Worthing United pulled a goal back on 52 minutes, but further goals from O'Hara and Clinton Moore sealed the win for Lingfield, who travel to Selsey for their final match of the season next Saturday.
