A POPULAR bakery in Caterham has closed down after about 70 years.
Addisons, in Westway, shut its doors last week.
Co-owner Sally Addison told the Mirror: "Its sad.
"I got to know some of our customers from when they were babies.
"The recession had an affect on us, and nowadays Westway is really just a cut-through for cars.
"Sometimes you can't keep fighting fires anymore."
