Cinema fan is bitten and attacked after asking someone to be quiet at showing of new Charlize Theron film

A CINEMA-GOER was attacked, bitten and hit in the head after asking someone to be quiet during a film. The "nasty assault" took place during a screening of Seth MacFarlane and Charlize Theron's new film A Million Ways To Die In The West. The victim, a 28-year-old man, asked the man sitting behind him to be quiet because he was talking loudly during the showing. Moments later, the victim was struck on the back of the head and tried to leave the cinema. But his assailant followed him out and attacked him leaving the man with bite marks on his forehead, cuts and bruises to the face and neck. His glasses were also broken. PC Mark Robinson said: "This was a nasty assault on someone who asked another cinema-goer to keep his talking down so he could enjoy the film. "The victim and his girlfriend have been very shaken by the incident and the victim has some nasty injuries. "The cinema was busy that evening and it is hoped someone would have seen the incident." Police officers would like to speak to a man who was seen to step-in and break up the attack at Crawley's Cineworld at 7.20pm on Saturday. He was wearing light-coloured cargo shorts and a black top. The suspect who is described as a mixed race man, aged 20 to 25, 6ft to 6ft 2in tall of medium build and with short shaven Afro hair. He was wearing a brown T-shirt, jeans and dark trainers. Call police on 101 with information.
