TRAVEL: All clear on the roads and rails as Surrey heads to work

THE ROADS and rails are clear for commuters heading in to work this morning. There are no reported problems on Southern Rail. On the M25, traffic is slow clockwise at both Reigate and Leatherhead, but there are no reported incidents at either site. Traffic is also slow at the usual hotspot around the M23/A23 junction at Hooley. Check back for updates
