Arsenal buying Barcelona and Chile forward Alexis Sanchez has been hailed as a "great signing" by East Surrey MP Sam Gyimah.
The MP, who is a keen Gunners fan, posted a Twitter picture of Sanchez in his new Arsenal kit.
In May last year Mr Gyimah called on Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger to resign over his lack of winning any silverware.
But last season the Gunners won the FA Cup, ending their nine-year drought without trophies.
