THE sunshine is set to continue for the rest of this week but the heavens are likely to open at the weekend.
Today's top temperature is a balmy 24C, but tomorrow and Friday's weather is set to be even warmer, reaching almost 30C - as hot as Ibiza.
However, the sun won't be staying around for long and temperatures will drop on Saturday to around 19C, with a high chance of rain. The forecast is similar on Sunday.
Hopefully this weekend's events including Music in Nork Park and Reigate Cycle Festival will still enjoy brief bursts of sunshine.
