At 2.55pm yesterday Surrey Police received a call that a man hiding in bushes in Waller Lane had exposed himself to the girl. *Alexandru Tudor, 23, of no fixed abode, has been charged with indecent exposure. He has been released on bail to appear at Redhill Magistrates Court on August 1. |
