RUGBY: With the Women's Rugby World Cup nearing its conclusion in France, rugby union is the sport of the moment for the ladies and Old Caterhamians are encouraging anyone interested to come down to Park Avenue.
Old Caterhamians is one of the best places to play and enjoy rugby in Surrey.
At Old Cats, the women's section of the club offers some of the best rugby training in the local area and, this year, the ladies are in National Challenge South East West Two, competing against the likes of Maidenhead, Reading Abbey and Windsor Ladies.
The ladies train on Wednesdays from 7.30pm to 8.45pm and the occasional Sunday morning too. There is no age limit as the Cats girls' section is thriving too.
Old Caterhamians are hosting a training day on August 23 from 9.30am, where you can learn more about the game. With a barbecue, post-training social event and other teams joining for the day, it would be great to meet some new people.
The Old Cats ladies' team are always developing and are keen to find more players to join. For more information, visit www.oldcats.co.uk
