A man has been charged with dangerous driving following an incident on the M25 on Wednesday night.
Robert Temple, 34, of Repository Road, London, was charged following the incident which took place on junction 10 at Leatherhead of the motorway just after 11.20pm.
A police officer who sustained injuries to his leg during the incident was treated at East Surrey Hospital in Redhill for minor injuries before being discharged later that night.
Temple appeared at East Surrey Magistrate's Court in Redhill on Thursday, and is next due to appear at Guildford Crown Court on September 4.
