An accident on the northbound exit slip road at j10 of the M25 is causing serious delays for motorists this morning.
Two lanes are currently closed and police are on the scene.
Barrier repairs at the Clacket Lane services have now been completed after a vehicle crashed through the barrier earlier this week and all lanes have reopened.
There are also reports of traffic backing up around junctions 6 and 8 due to heavy congestion.
On the rails, Southern is reporting delays and last minute changes to services to London Victoria.
Delays between Balham and London are expected to last until at least 8.30am while signalling problems cause issues on other areas of the line including services from Caterham.
