A 17-year-old youth from Earlswood has been charged with robbery after a series of offences in Redhill.
They took place between January 19 and 29 in the area surrounding Marketfield Car Park.
In most cases the victims were walking alone and often young college students targeted by three offenders.
The accused teenager appeared before Redhill magistrates on Saturday.
He was remanded in custody until March 13.
