SUPERSTAR model Cara Delevingne has named Dame Judi Dench as one of her inspirations as she as she looks to further her passion for acting.
The 20-year-old English model, who is currently one of the faces of Burberry, had a small role in last year's Anna Karenina - which starred Keira Knightley - and wants to do more performing.
Speaking to the Daily Star she said she hopes to emulate the careers of acting legends such as Outwood resident Dame Judi, who is best known recently for her role as M in the James Bond films.
Miss Delevingne said: "I would love to be doing what Meryl Streep is doing. Her career has been incredible. Or Judi Dench."
She also spoke of her desire to play roles which go beyond her famous good looks.
"Charlize Theron is another one," she told the Daily Star.
"She started off as a model and she is one of the most beautiful women, Amazonian goddess looking.
"She did a movie, Monster, and plays a real thug, plays really ugly, and I absolutely love that.
"That's what I want to be – a crazy cave woman or a possessed demon child."
Dame Judi is currently receiving rave reviews appearing in When Peter Met Alice alongside James Bond co-star Ben Whishaw at London's Noel Coward Theatre.
The show, by Skyfall writer John Logan, tells of the real meeting between Alice Liddell Hargreaves and Peter Llewelyn Davies - the inspirations for Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan.
