TRAINS are running this morning but roadworks are causing delays for drivers on the M25.
Traffic is slow in both directions from junction 7 (at Godstone) to junction 5 due to roadworks and heavy traffic means the average speed in some places is around 20 miles per hour.
Roadworks have also closed one lane in each direction on the M23 from junction 8-9 leading to further delays.
There are currently no reported problems on the trains, though engineering work throughout this week means some Gatwick Express services to and from London will not run.
The affected trains are from Victoria to Gatwick at 9.15pm, 9.45pm, 10.15pm and 10.45pm, and from Gatwick to London Victoria at 10.05pm, 10.35pm, 11.05pm and 11.35pm.
