HEAVY mist has fallen over the top of Reigate Hill.
Drivers on the A217 approaching the hill are battling limited visibility - which is expected to last throughout the morning.
The hazardous conditions have led to a build-up of traffic on the Brighton Road stretch of the A217 southbound leading to the junction with the M25.
The Met Office says the clouds will not lift until around midday with the sun not expected to break through until close to 4pm, when the temperature will soar to a daily high of 15 degrees centigrade.
