MOTORISTS are being warned to avoid a major road in Leatherhead because of an incident.
The A243 Leatherhead Bypass Road is currently down to one lane following a crash after B280 Fairoak Lane.
Traffic tailbacks are building up in the area ahead of the evening rush hour and Twitter users at the scene have posted messages urging people to avoid the area.
