SIGNALLING problems are causing delays and cancelling trains.
There are delays of up to 30 minutes between Norwood Junction / Crystal Palace and New Cross Gate. These have been caused by signalling problems at Honor Oak Park.
Signalling problems at Forest Hill Services are also causing problems between East Croydon and London Bridge. There are delays of 40 minutes.
London Underground is accepting tickets between Victoria and London Bridge and London Bridge and Balham due to the delays.
On the tube network there are minor delays on the Victoria line but good services elsewhere.
On the motorways there is very slow traffic on M25 clockwise between J9, A243 (Leatherhead) and J10, A3 (Wisley Interchange).
Drivers are also warned about heavy traffic on A23 Brighton Road southbound in Purley from Purley Cross to the B2030 Smitham Downs Road junction.
