A MAN who was arrested after a woman's body was found in Fetcham has been released without charge.
Police officers discovered the body in a home in Leatherhead Road on May 15 after receiving calls of concerns for her safety.
The woman, who was in her late 70s, was pronounced dead at the property at about 1pm.
Officers initially treated the death as unexplained and arrested a man in his 40s in connection to the death.
However, the results of a postmortem examination at Royal Surrey Hospital last Thursday revealed that the woman had died of natural causes.
A police spokesman confirmed no further action is being taken against the man.
