The A3 southbound just after the M25 at Wisley is partially blocked due to a car fire.
Queues are steadily building this morning, causing congestion on nearby roads, including all the way to Junction 9 Leatherhead of the M25.
Rail Network, however, are reporting no major disruptions.
Meanwhile the Tube is reporting a good service throughout.
