A driver escaped with minor injuries when his car flipped over on the A24 and crashed into the central reservation.
The road was closed in both directions at the Mickleham bends earlier this afternoon.
The crash happened shortly after 3pm and fire, police and ambulance crews were all called to the scene.
A spokesman for Leatherhead Fire Station said: "The gentleman driving the car was already out when we arrived. He had minor injuries.
"We got the car back onto its wheels and cleaned up the oil it had leaked all over the road. Both carriageways were closed because the driver had hit some trees which had fallen into the other carriageway."
The road is now fully reopened.
