A man was arrested by police after two calls reporting a man indecently exposing himself in streets in Redhill and Earlswood.
Police went to Coniston Way, Redhill, at 2.30pm yesteday (Tuesday) following a call from a member of the public.
Neighbourhood inspector Richard Haycock said: "Officers attended the first call and while they were there a second call came in. Officers attended the second address and arrested a man."
The 29-year-old, who is not from Surrey was arrested in Woodlands Road, Earlswood.
He has been released on police bail while officers continue to investigate other flashing incidents in the area.
