POLICE are searching for a Horley man who failed to appear at court.
Patrick Sutherland, 59 was charged with the production of cannabis after being arrested on 10 Ocotber 2012 at his home in Kingsley Road, Horley, Surrey.
He failed to appear at Crawley Magistrates Court in January this year.
He is about 5' 8", medium build with dark brown receeding hair and wears glasses.
He speaks with a slight accent and has claimed he is originally from Germany and has in the past used the name Tilman Neppert.
During 2012 and 2013 he lived at addresses in Crawley and Horley in Surrey.
Detective Constable Andy Sayers said: "We are seeking the help of the public in finding Patrick."
