Surrey Police have appealed for the public's help to trace a missing Earlswood woman.
Jean Brewer, 47, was last seen at around 12.30pm on Thursday in Princes Road in Earlswood and has not been in contact with family, friends or her carers since.
She is described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall, of stocky build, with shoulder-length straight black hair and was last seen wearing a green dress, green trousers and black shoes.
A police spokesman said: "Jean has a number of mental health conditions and is required to take regular medication so officers are concerned for her welfare and need to establish that she is safe and well as a matter of urgency.
"Without her medication Jean is likely to become disorientated and could become agitated and verbally abusive if approached, although she does not pose a risk to the public."
Officers believe there is a strong possibility that Jean is still in the Earlswood area and are carrying out extensive searches and local enquiries as part of ongoing efforts to locate her.
They believe she is likely to avoid built-up areas and is likely to be in rural areas in and around Earlswood so police are appealing to dog walkers, hikers and those living in rural areas who may have seen a woman matching her description, to get contact.
Anyone with any information on Jean's current whereabouts should call Surrey Police on 101, quoting reference M/13/915, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
