PART of Reigate's Priory Park will be off limits from tomorrow while drainage work is carried out around the playground.
The zip wire will be closed while the work is in progress but Reigate and Banstead Borough Council assured residents the rest of the playground will be available to children.
A message from the council's official Twitter account said: "Drainage work starts in Priory Park playground on Monday 12 May. The playground will remain open - but the zip wire area will be closed."
