UPDATE: A serious accident is causing problems on the M25. A lane is closed on exit slip road and slow traffic moving clockwise at junction 9(Leatherhead)
Otherwise the roads and rails around East Surrey are fairly clear this morning with no serious problems reported.
Southern is reporting a good service on all lines with no incidents.
