NATWEST in Station Road, Redhill, remains closed following a powercut on Friday.
Builders cut through an electricity cable on Friday morning, leaving the cashiers unable to use their computers and turning away most of their customers. However it remained open and offered limited services.
But it seems the bank was unable to get back to normal over the weekend and today (Monday) it was shut completely.
A sign on the door directed customers to its Reigate, Horley, Oxted or Crawley branches.
It said: "Due to circumstances beyond our control the branch is closed at the present time.
"Please not that these issues are only affecting this branch. Online, mobile and telephone baking are unaffected.
"Please accept our sincerest apologies for the continued inconvenience."
