A HORSE with a saddle but no rider was stopped by police in Caterham this morning.
Surrey Police officers apprehended the creature, which is described as brown and 17 hands high, on the A22. It had a lightweight saddle strapped on but no rider.
Officers are currently searching for the horse's owner.
