A POLICE car has been involved in a serious crash on the westbound carriageway of the Hogs Back (A31) this morning (Saturday, December 1).
A Surrey Police spokeswoman said the westbound carriageway is currently closed between the A3 slip road and Puttenham following a collision involving a police vehicle and closures are expected to remain in place for the foreseeable future.
Police are in attendance and motorists are advised to avoid the area.
The incident has been voluntary referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).
