A MAN has died after he was hit by a police car while crossing the A31 Hogs Back.
Police said the 21-year-old victim was struck by the vehicle at 3.35am on Saturday (November 1) at Puttenham.
The incident has been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) who continues to investigate.
