A FUNDRAISING fun day proved a big hit with children in Horley at the weekend.
Members of St Wilfrids Church in Horley Row held a Family Fun Fayre on Sunday to raise money for its community facilities.
The church used its website to announce £523.50 has been raised from the day.
Everyone enjoyed barbecue food, drinks and ice creams, while children spent a lot of the afternoon on a bouncy castle.
Organisers also organised a luxury hamper raffle and a range of games including hook-a-duck and football penalties.
There was also a "bring and buy" stall with homemade cakes and a tombola for adults and children.
