POLICE have this afternoon reissued their appeal for help in tracing a 15-year-old Oxted teenager who went missing on Saturday.

It comes after an incorrect image of Jessica Peters was earlier released by Surrey Police.

Jessica was last seen at around midnight on Saturday (August 16) at an address in Hurst Green.

Officers believe it is possible that Jessica may be with a man in his early 20s. He is described as white with dark hair.

The 15-year-old girl is described as white, between 5ft 3" and 5ft 6" tall, with a slim build and long hair which is currently dark brown.

Police say Jessica is also known to dye her hair blonde and it is possible that she may change her hair colour.

She was last seen wearing black leggings, a burgundy jumper and white Converse shoes. It is believed that she has taken a quantity of clothing with her and may therefore change her outfit.

Investigating Officer Temporary Detective Inspector Clive Vale, said: "We urgently need the public's help in tracing Jessica and would ask for anyone with any information to come forward so we know that she is safe and well.

"Jessica has links with Buckinghamshire, it is possible that she is in that area. However we are following various lines of enquiry and are keeping an open mind about her current whereabouts.

"If she has been in touch, or you think you may have seen Jessica I urge you to call 101 to let us know where she is."

Anyone with any information should call 101 (999 in an emergency) quoting the reference number P14238700.
