SOUTH Park will face league rivals Guernsey in the fourth round of the FA Vase, if they can overcome Sussex County Football League side Rye United on Saturday.
Park were due to travel to Sussex on Saturday for the third round clash, but it was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
As such, Park will now head to Rye this weekend, with Guernsey awaiting for the winners in the fourth round after the draw was made for the last 32 this morning (Monday).
Park boss Joe McElligott said it would be nice to have a home draw in the competition, but said he was a little disappointed that Park could face a side from their own league in the last 32 of the competition.
"It is a bit disappointing as they are in our league," he said.
"We always like the opportunity to play sides from other leagues.
"It is a home draw though, so that is alright.
"But at the end of the day, it is irrelevant at the moment as we have to get past Rye first."
