TWO robbers have pleaded guilty to stealing more than £350,000 worth of jewellery in a raid in Guildford.
James Roberts, 49-years old from West Golds Way, Newton Abbot, Devon and John Saunders, 50-years old of no fixed abode, appeared at Guildford Crown Court today (December 21) to admit the crime.
Both men pleaded guilty to robbery and possession of an imitation firearm following the offence at the Cry for the Moon shop in Tunsgate, Guildford on Friday, August 10.
Police said Samantha Weston, 43-years old of no fixed abode, has pleaded not guilty to robbery at the same jewellery store and guilty of money laundering offences.
All three are currently remanded in custody and will be sentenced following the trial of Weston due to start on March 18.
