A MAN has been charged with GBH following a serious assault at a football match in Horley.
Adam Jason Holgate, 42, of Waterfield Green in Tadworth, was charged with GBH on Friday and is due to appear at South East Surrey Magistrates Court on March 8.
A man in his 40s suffered serious facial injuries after being hit in the face at the football ground on Thornton Close following an under 17s match between Horley and Epsom on January 13.
He was taken to East Surrey Hospital for treatment.
