The Surrey Golf Partnership is seeking young volunteers aged 18-25 to help at the BMW PGA Championship at the Wentworth Club from May 20-26.
Volunteers must live in Surrey or the adjoining London Boroughs of Surrey, but no previous playing experience is required.
It is part of their European Tour Legacy project, which encourages people to volunteer and help make sport happen.
As well as volunteering at the BMW PGA Championship, successful recruits will become Surrey Golf Young Ambassadors and will help encourage more people to take up golf in the county.
The BMW PGA Championship is the European Tour's flagship tournament and the world-class field will include world number three Luke Donald, who will aim to complete his hat-trick of consecutive victories. Volunteer opportunities could include roles as practice ground attendants or scoreboard operators.
The Surrey golf development officer, Richard Shaw, said: "This is a fantastic opportunity for young people to volunteer at a major global sporting event.
"They'll meet like-minded people, get a real buzz from encouraging people to take up golf, and gain great experience to increase their employment skills."
