AN ESHER man is among three men to appear before magistrates over allegations that Olympic officials were spied on by Tottenham Hotspur FC.
Lee Stewart, 39, who faces one charge of committing fraud by false representation, appears at Westminster Magistrates Court today (November 28).
Mr Stewart, of More Lane, along with Richard Michael Forrest, 30, of Crawley and Howard Hill, 58, of Stockport, was arrested earlier this month.
It followed an allegation by the Olympic Park Legacy Company (OPLC) and West Ham United that information relating to a bid for the Olympic Stadium was unlawfully obtained.
